General
It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
Our contract
When you place an order or pre-order (a product will clearly be marked as a pre-order on our website, which means it will not be despatched immediately) with Experiment R&D Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Despatch Confirmation email"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Despatch Confirmation email to you.
Payment
Payment is usually taken at the time your order is shipped, but in some cases may be taken at the time the order is placed.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related order for products to any third party unless agreed upon in writing by Experiment R&D Ltd.
Our policy
We aim to ensure that you are satisfied when place an order with Experiment R&D Ltd. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you change your mind, please return it to us within 7 days, with the invoice, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. If the product fails to meet our return standards there will either be a repackaging fee of 15% or we will not accept the return.
You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products.
Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 7 days of receipt.

Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults on all our products and if a fault does occur within this timescale, please email us for more information at experimentrandd@gmail.com.
Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
Please contact us by telephone (+44(0)191 2432253) or email (experimentrandd@gmail.com) to inform us that you wish to return the product(s).
We will inform you how to send the item back to us. Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery) and return to:

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Cancelling orders
You can cancel your order with us at anytime before despatch. Please email - experimentrandd@gmail.com - or telephone us +44 (0)191 2432253, quoting your order number.
Cancelling orders after despatch - European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs we ask you to please notify us quoting your name and order number:

We will then arrange for you to be refunded accordingly.
Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: where you are returning your entire order, we will refund the standard delivery charge incurred.
* We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you are returning the item to us because of an error on our part (or because it is faulty).
